For 18 years, we’ve always delivered the right content, by the right people, in the right way. The only thing that has changed this year, is the ‘right way’.

People don’t have the capacity to sit though the same amount of training in a virtual setting that they do in a live setting. One of the biggest things we’ve learned in delivering virtual programs this year is to work with the leadership team to drill down on exactly what their team needs. Instead of just delivering a change management workshop, we’ll work with the leader to uncover what specific skills teams need right now related to that program. From there, we work with our team to create a meaningful online experience. The goal is to add value and to make our training time the most energizing and engaging part of a person’s day.
