Because of her direct, straight-talk approach and practical programs she has been the trusted advisor to advance the careers of managers leading in companies, including Intel, Lands’ End, Wells Fargo, and Microsoft. Additionally, her expertise in Dragon Boating is an amazing advantage to our clients who experience the ONE Rowing (R) experience. She is uniquely qualified to help bring lessons out of the boat or racing shell and into the boardroom.
